Zucchini Bread

2 c. sugar (1 c. white, 1 c. brown)
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
3 t. vanilla
4 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
3 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. baking powder
1 t. salt

Cream sugars, eggs, and oil together. Stir in vanilla and zucchini. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 1 hour.
