Chicken Salad

4 c. chicken (cooked and cut up)
1-2 c. celery, chopped
2 T. lemon juice
salt & pepper, to taste

Toss together, then mix in:

1 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1 c. almonds, slivered or sliced

Serve in pita pockets, cream puffs, or croissants. Also good with cashews and sliced red grapes mixed in.
