Apple Crisp

4 C. apples, sliced, peeled, cored
Place in a greased 8x8 baking dish.

3/4 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. flour
1/2 C. rolled oats (regular or quick)
3/4 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice
1/3 C. margarine, softened

Blend and sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Serve warm.

*Can also substitute peaches.
