1 lemon cake mix
1/4 c. applesauce
1/2 c. margarine, melted
2 eggs
Mix all ingredients together. Chill 30 minutes (optional). Scoop onto parchment paper on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 12 minutes. Makes approx. 20 large cookies.
